Our story

Built by researchers, for researchers.

Swift Publication began as a small editorial desk helping PhD scholars navigate confusing journal requirements. Today we support thousands of authors across 12+ disciplines — without ever compromising on peer review.

Our mission

Making legitimate publication less intimidating.

Too many first-time authors lose months to formatting rejections, unclear indexing requirements, or predatory journals promising instant acceptance. We exist to close that gap: real editorial guidance, honest timelines, and journals that are actually indexed where they claim to be.

We are a publication support service — we do not publish books, magazines, or general-interest content. Our entire practice is built around academic research papers, theses, and conference proceedings.

Editorial Charter

Peer Review Verified
What guides us

Four principles we don't negotiate on.

§ Principle 01

Editorial Integrity

Acceptance is earned through review, never purchased. We say no when a paper isn't ready.

§ Principle 02

Radical Transparency

Every author sees exactly which stage and reviewer their manuscript is with, at all times.

§ Principle 03

Author-First Guidance

We explain the "why" behind every revision note, not just the "what."

§ Principle 04

Genuine Indexing

We only work with journals whose indexing claims we've independently verified.
